What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing or delivery address. We also keep a record of what you ordered and its status.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and handle any warranty claim.
Our website may collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working properly.
Why we collect it
- To process your order and arrange collection or delivery
- To contact you about your order
- To process warranty claims with the manufacturer
- To keep business records as required
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Payment information
We do not take card payments and do not collect or store any card details. Payment is made by PayNow directly between you and your bank. We only see that a payment has been received against your order reference.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- With the manufacturer (Honolulu Pickleball or RPM Pickleball) when processing a warranty claim on your behalf
- With a delivery provider, where you have chosen delivery
- With our website host, WordPress.com, which stores the site and order data on our behalf
- Where we are required to by law
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them or remove identifying details.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also withdraw consent to us contacting you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your session. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart may not function correctly if you do.
